These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PassSnap, including the iOS app, website, optional AI final verify service, and related features provided by Cnnex Limited Company.
By using PassSnap, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PassSnap helps users prepare passport-style and ID-style photos with guided capture, local export, optional white-background processing, and optional AI final verify.
PassSnap is not a government agency, passport authority, visa authority, or official approval service. Final acceptance is always determined by the receiving authority.
We provide product guidance based on selected photo specifications, but requirements may change and may be interpreted differently by the receiving authority.
You are responsible for reviewing your final image before submission and for deciding whether it fits your intended use.
The base app workflow may process capture, crop, preview, and export locally on your device.
AI final verify is optional. If you choose to use it, images and related metadata may be uploaded to server-side systems for analysis after an explicit consent step.
AI final verify can report risks such as glasses, expression, ear or facial-edge visibility, and background edge artifacts. It does not guarantee acceptance.
Some features may require payment, credits, an App Store purchase, or another purchase flow shown at the time of transaction.
Optional AI verify may be priced separately from basic export. Payment terms, refunds, and subscription management may be handled by Apple or another payment provider where applicable.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly required by the payment platform, paid amounts are non-refundable once the paid feature, export, credit, or AI verification service has been delivered or made available.
PassSnap, the website, software, design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Cnnex Limited Company or its licensors.
You retain rights to your own photos, subject to the limited rights needed for PassSnap to process, verify, export, store, transmit, and delete them according to your chosen features.
PassSnap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that any photo will be accepted by any government, employer, platform, or third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cnnex Limited Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of PassSnap.
We may update the service and these Terms over time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, app, or another reasonable method.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
